Application bookings are acknowledged on receipt of a completed Application Form and payment of the non-refundable deposit of £150. Full payment of the balance of fees must be made by 15th June 2018. Applications made after this date will only be accepted if places are still available and on full payment of the due fees. Resident - £535, Day - £425.
Summer’s Cool reserves the right to cancel a course in the event of unforeseen circumstances
in which case all money will be refunded.

Both residential and day places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Early application is therefore advised to avoid disappointment. Later applications may be accepted if places are still available. In order to maintain a balance of instruments on our courses, places may be restricted for certain instruments.

While the course mainly features a range of varied musical activities, we often organise staff led recreational team games and leisure activities during the breaks and evenings e.g. Rounders, swimming. Swimming is always organised with the full supervision of pool-side staff and fully trained life-guards. Please note that whilst every effort is made to ensure the safety of all participants, there will inevitably be the small risk of accidental injury when taking part in any activity. Participation is entirely at your own child’s risk and attendance on the course involves acceptance of this risk.You may like to take out personal accident risk insurance
if this concerns you.

Special Requirements – Medical and Dietary requirements
Medication: If your child has any medical condition that requires medication and or medical supervision, please bring clearly labeled items and give clear instructions to the Course Director or one of his designated staff when arriving at the Registration.
Diets: All dietary needs can be catered for. Please provide full details on the Application Form.

Summer’s Cool courses have a long favoured tradition of a family friendly, helpful and caring atmosphere where every individual is meticulously well looked after. It is very important to us that this friendly and informal atmosphere is maintained throughout the course and that everyone respects the individual needs of others. To ensure the enjoyment, safety and well-beingof everyone involved, Summer’s Cool reserves the right to exclude any student whose behaviour is unacceptable or disruptive, or who is unable to co-operate with instructions given by staff.

Please make sure that all instruments and items of value are properly insured. Summer’s Cool accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or theft of instruments, clothing or personal property. You may wish to make your own arrangements to insure your payment of fees in case of illness or inability to attend the course for whatever reason.

We occasionally take photographs and make recordings during the course for use in promotional material such as our leaflets and web-site. Please let us know in writing, before the course starts if you are unhappy with your child being included in this.
